Thematic tours have been created to establish a connection between the visitor and the collections of the Royal London Wax Museum. A focus on early history; events and turning points that influenced history politically, socially, and culturally; to reflect on the changing roles of men and women in society; to develop an appreciation for democracy.

Thematic tours accompanied be pre-visit preparation, and post-visit follow-up, allows for an enhanced experience of the "World of Wax". The Educational Resource Guide assists teachers prepare for their visit, and provides sample key questions, activities and topics for discussion have been designed to support the elementary and secondary school curriculum.

Students are encouraged to active participants:

to observe; to gather information; to document and to make connections.

For the elementary school curriculum, the tours and activities are designed to assist the students in developing learning skills: to gather and document information from the exhibits.

Secondary school curriculum, tours and topics of discussion are designed to assist students make connections and critical reflection.
